Digital Products & Software

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

However, we understand that issues can happen.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

  • The software is not accessible due to a technical issue on our side

  • The product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after access is granted

  • Lack of technical knowledge or incompatibility not listed in product requirements

  • Failure to use the product

  • Subscription renewals (unless charged in error)
